  • About the Consultant

    Dr. Paula Anne Franklin has consulted for the past 30 years with government, educational and community organizations as a psychologist and adult educator. She has taught at several area universities including 20 years in The Johns Hopkins School of Continuing Studies' Human Resource and Organizational Development graduate program. Dr. Franklin has trained adults in many settings, in additions to writing and public speaking. A health psychologist, she served more than 25 years as a government policy research analyst in disability.
